Just In: While playing Red-ball Cricket after 17 years in Pakistan, the English Openers stunned the world by playing Test Cricket in T20 style, scoring 100 runs in just the 13th over, leaving Green Caps Fans amazed and fierce at the same time.

England Cricket Team is in Pakistan to complete the three remaining Test Matches of their unfinished series; after playing seven T20 matches, they traveled to Australia to compete in the World Cup and now returned to complete their tour.

The first test match between the two teams began on December 1 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, with England elected to bat first after winning the toss. However, the tourist side took the driver’s seat right from the first session.

Opening batsmen Ben Dukett and Zak Crawley both struck hundreds while keeping the run-rate high, just as in a T20 match. From the very first ball, English batters showed no mercy on Pakistani pacers, scoring boundaries around the ground, scoring 100 runs in just the 13th over of the match.

Although many cricket fans found it strange, some were not thrilled with the Rawalpindi wicket’s circumstances and criticized Pakistan Cricket Board for creating a Dead Pitch and giving the batters the most of it while the bowlers struggled.

Many overly-angered fans demanded the International Cricket Council to ban the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and award the Pakistan Cricket Board with Demerit Points.
