Just In: Pierre Gasly, who recently joined Alpine for the 2023 racing cycle, recalls his work experience with ALPGA TAURI and praised the Racing Franchise, saying they made him a better driver and he feels pride for being remained part of the world’s best racing line up.
Pierre Gasly has signed a deal with Alpine for the 2023 season, under which he will team up with Esteban Ocon in the French garage. Gasly, who admitted that operating the Alpine in post-season testing was “Emotional,” of course, foresees his flourishing career with Alpine.
Despite bagging the deal with Alpine, Gasly reminisced about the time at Alpha Tauri. The French driver admitted that Alpine contributed a lot in making him a better driver. He also feels proud for remaining the part one of the tests with most successful drivers.
Talking about his achievements with the Italian team in Abu Dhabi, Pierre said, “I will recall everything I have learned over the years with the team, my career-opening race in Formula 1, first podium and first win. I feel proud to leave the team as their second race winner.”
“I’m happy to be part of the race winners with Sebastian Vettel. I want to say a special thank you to everyone I’ve worked with, they’ve all done a brilliant job. We’ve had three historic podiums. Now, it’s time to celebrate these memories.”
