One of the greatest all-rounder of all times in cricket and Legendary Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi takes the top spot on our list. He holds the record for taking most wickets in T20 World Cups. From 2007 to 2016, Shahid Afridi played 34 T20 World Cup matches and took 39 wickets with an average of 23.25. During that time, he bowled 135 overs and conceived 907 runs with a bowling economy of 6.71.

His best bowling figures in T20 world Cups were 4/11. Moreover, Shahid Afridi also recorded two four wicket hauls in T20 World Cups. He was one of the most feared bowlers in T20 World Cups during his time. Now, he deserves the first spot on our list.

Former Sri Lankan Captain Lastih Malinga earns the 2nd spot on our list. He is the 2nd highest wicket taker in T20 WCs. From 2007 to 2014, Lasith Malinga attended 31 T20 World Cup matches and picked 38 wickets with a bowling average of 20.07. During this period, he bowled 102.4 overs and gave away 763 runs with a bowling economy of 7.43.

From 2009 to 2014, he took part in 23 T20 World Cup matches and collected 36 wickets with an average of 16.86. During that time, he bowled 89.2 overs and had a bowling economy of 6.79.

From 2009 to 2014, he participated in 21 T20 World Cup matches and took 35 wickets with an average of 15.02. He bowled 78.3 over during that period and had an economy of 6.70.

5#. Umar Gul

Former Pakistani Bowler Umar Gul joins our list at the 5th spot. He is the 5th highest wicket taker in T20 World Cups. From 2007 to 2014, Gul played 24 T20 World Cup matches and collected 35 wickets with an average of 17.25. He bowled 82.4 overs during this time and recorded an economy of 7.30.

Gul was known for his bulldozing yorkers in death overs among the opponent batsmen. He played the key role in the victory of Pakistan in T20 World Cup 2009. Moreover, he had the best bowling figures of 5/6 in T20 World Cups. Umar Gul also recorded 1 four wicket haul and 1 five wicket haul in T20 World Cups as well.

From 2009 to 2016, steyn took part in 23 T20 World Cup matches and collected 30 wickets with an average of 19.30. Moreover, he bowled 83.1 overs during this period with a bowling economy of 6.96.

One of the best all-rounders of all time in Cricket and legendary Bangladeshi cricketer Shakib al Hassan earns the 7th spot on our list. He is the 7th highest wicket taker in T20 World Cups. From 2007 to 2016, he attended 25 T20 World Cup matches and took 30 wickets with an average of 19.53. During this time, he bowled 88.1 overs and had an economy of 6.64.

One of the Coolest Cricketers and best of the West Indian Cricketers Dwayne Bravo holds the 9th spot on our list. He is the 9th highest wicket taker in T20 World Cups. From 2007 to 2016, he played 29 World cup matches and collected 25 wickets with an average of 25.80. He bowled 72.4 over during that time and recorded and economy of 8.87 during that period.

Finally, we have another West Indian Cricketer Samuel Badree making up the last spot on our list. He holds the record for 10th most wickets in T20 World Cups. From 2012 to 2016, he attended 15 T20 World cup matches and took 24 wickets with and average of 13.28. He bowled 59 overs during that period and had an economy of 5.52.

Samuel Badree recorded his best Bowling Figures in T20 World Cups with his 4/15. Apart from it, he also held one four wicket hauls in the tournaments. Now, he joins our list at the final spot.
